It is unfortunate that a bunch of psycho-cum-neurotic extremist have ridiculed sentiments of over a billion muslims in the name of freedom of speech. No sane person needs lecture on respecting sentiments of fellow humans. It is indeed a shame to see some idiots insisting on defiling Islam. Sure this vile attempt does not merit attention and needs be ignored. However, a strategy is required at the state level to tackle this issue which is gaining frequency. We also need action at personal level commensurate with position of each individual. I am not suggesting that entire western world is allied against Islam or shares these degrading sentiments. However, proponents of free speech need to see where it crosses the line and becomes a tool of ridicule. Our message is simple and clear: Stop insulting us and learn to respect the Prophet of Islam.
